CO-CHECK

It is the service of co-checking the contents of the bill of lading when accepting items (receiving staff and shippers), and when delivering items (delivery staff and consignees).

Scope of service provision: Address to receive in areas where SPEEDEX has post offices and centers The broadcast address belongs to the SPEEDEX's broadcasting station.

Service conditions: - Sender: + Full name, + Full and detailed address (house number, street / group / neighborhood name, name of ward / commune, district, province / city), Contact phone number (mobile first). - Receiver: + Full name, + Full and detailed address (house number, street / group / neighborhood name, name of ward / commune, district, province / city), Contact phone number (mobile first). Note: - The record of the joint review, is made into 4 copies as follows: 01 (one) copy kept by the sender; 01 (one) copy of the unit accepting to save; 01 (one) copy of the distribution unit; 01 (one) copy saved by recipient. - Each operation center that the bill of lading goes through must sign for certification on the joint check record. Content of the inspection: Quantity of each type of goods; Types of goods; The outside condition of the goods (Is the product scratched or not damaged); If the goods show damage, it must be clearly stated in the joint inspection record.
