REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR SENDING DOCUMENTS FROM GOODS

STEP 1: PREPARE SHIPMENT 

1. Check information with SPEEDEX about shipment type, quantity, packing specifications, receipt and delivery requirements.  

Each different type of shipment will have different requirements for packaging, storage, transportation and delivery. So you need to know this information with SPEEDEX before shipping. The basic information includes:  

- Type of goods to be sent:

Information about the types of goods to help SPEEDEX know exactly what kind of goods you want to send: Ordinary goods? High-value goods? Electric and electronic goods? Liquid goods, chemicals? Glass, chinaware?, ...  

Weight, size, quantity and weight: 

This information helps SPEEDEX determine which means of transportation will be used to transport your goods quickly and effectively.  

Current packaging status 

This information helps SPEEDEX know the packaging status of the goods to have reasonable advice for customers, to ensure the safety of goods during transportation.   

Service requirements: Time of receipt, delivery time, handling of undeliverable cases, complaints and compensation, .. 

This information helps SPEEDEX provide you with information related to shipping charges, legal regulations, SPEEDEX terms and principles of service .   

2. Prepare shipping documents: bill of lading, other related documents .

If you use SPEEDEX 's service for the first time , to ensure your interests, SPEEDEX would like to ask you to consult information related to the service, SPEEDEX 's terms and service principles. was announced on the consignment note prior to the decision to ship.      

If you have ever used SPEEDEX 's service , please fill out the information on the bill of lading; confirm shipping commitments if any required by SPEEDEX provide relevant documents such as invoices, delivery notes, internal delivery notes, .. for your consignment. These documents will help SPEEDEX to optimize the speed of your goods handling when transported through transit stages such as border gates, airlines, ...       

 

STEP 2: PACKING THE GOODS 

Each different kind of goods requires a different method of packing, storing and transporting. Please refer to the SPEEDEX 's detailed instructions in the " Packing Instructions " on this website.   

 

STEP 3: WEIGHT, HANDLING AND SIGNED DELIVERY WITH SPEEDEX  

This is the final procedure of the shipment. Please check the information on quantity, weight and shipping charges (including basic charges and added service charges - if any) before signing and handing over bills of lading and goods. to SPEEDEX employees .
